Michael provides strategic business advice, corporate and specialist tax services to a wide range of clients in both the private and not-for-profit sectors utilising extensive commercial knowledge gained in both the private sector and public practice over the past 30 years. He has in depth knowledge in the drafting and review of complex agreements and analysing business performance.

Michael provides technical Accounting and Taxation knowledge assisting staff to meet the requests of clients and other service providers. For some reason people seem to warm to him even though he can be a bit grumpy with a steady stream of staff and clients finding their way to him. Perhaps he could tidy his office?
