•Assist in the establishment of the Investment Strategy
Application Services
•Development of application forms & funding policy guidelines complying with the Trust Deed
•Provide information to beneficiaries on the programs & policies, including sending and assistance with applications forms
•Support applicants with completion of required forms
Processing Services
•Provide 1800 number for member enquiries
•Receipt of completed application forms
•Review of application forms for compliance with policies
•Recommendation / authorisation and payment of suppliers
Administration & Reporting
•Payment of authorised applications
•Bookkeeping services
•Reporting on Key Performance Indicators (KPI's)
