MLCS Corporate specialise in working with Indigenous organisations and individuals to enhance their economic development opportunities and to assist in the operation, management and administration of trusts that have been set up to fund socio and other benefit programs for their members.

•Monitor the financial health of the Fund
•Assist, review, endorse and monitor the implementation of the Annual Plan
•Assist with establishing protocols for the Corporate Governance of the Fund
•Assist in the establishment of the Investment Strategy
Application Services
•Development of application forms & funding policy guidelines complying with the Trust Deed
•Provide information to beneficiaries on the programs & policies, including sending and assistance with applications forms
•Support applicants with completion of required forms
Processing Services
•Provide 1800 number for member enquiries
•Receipt of completed application forms
•Review of application forms for compliance with policies
•Recommendation / authorisation and payment of suppliers
Administration & Reporting
•Payment of authorised applications
•Bookkeeping services
•Reporting on Key Performance Indicators (KPI's)
•Financial Accounting & Taxation Reporting - Year End
