MLCS Corporate Pty Ltd was established by Mark Lewis in February 1992 to provide strategic and financial advice to a range of clients. By 1999, the business focus had broadened to include day-to-day accounting and business administration work. MLCS Corporate, Chartered Accountants and Business Advisors now has over 20 advisers and staff.

The Principals of MLCS Corporate are Mark Lewis (Managing Director) and Paul Case (Director). Paul joined MLCS Corporate in 1995.
